Properties of Stainless Steel Composite Panel

Stainless Steel Composite Panel Operation

Cutting: Equipment such as plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine or water knife cutting machine can be used for precise cutting of stainless steel composite plates. During the cutting process, workers need to adjust the cutting parameters according to the thickness of the material and the performance of the cutting equipment.

Welding: Not its welding is one of the technical difficulties. Workers need to choose the appropriate welding methods and welding materials. Common welding methods include manual arc welding, submerged arc welding, gas shielded welding and so on. During the welding process, the welding temperature, welding speed and welding parameters should be controlled to avoid welding defects.

Surface treatment: In order to improve its surface quality and aesthetics, polishing, sandblasting, pickling passivation and other surface treatment can be carried out.

Installation and use: In the process of installation and use, it is necessary to choose the appropriate connection method (such as bolt connection, welding connection, etc.) and protective measures (such as anti-corrosion coating, insulation layer, etc.) according to the specific environment and working conditions. This ensures the normal operation and service life of the steel plate.

Special Care and Maintenance

  • Anti-rust treatment:

If rust is found on the surface, stainless steel plate wax can be used for anti-rust treatment.

After brushing wax, after a period of polishing and cleaning, restore the surface bright and clean.

  • Repair scratches:

If the surface is scratched, use a dry cotton towel dipped in a small amount of stainless steel care agent to scrub the scratch.

Scrub gently with a sander wheel until scratches disappear, then wash the surface thoroughly.

  • Restore gloss:

Occasionally, soft fabrics can be applied to the surface to restore the surface gloss. However, it should be noted that it cannot be used frequently, so as not to affect the original gloss of the plate.

  • Fixed point inspection:

Check regularly whether the fixed point connection bolts are loose or fall off, and handle and adjust them in time.

  • Comprehensive inspection:

Regularly check the appearance of the stainless steel composite panel and the connection parts are normal, if there is an abnormal situation should be handled in time.
