1. Pretreat
Before carbon steel plate processing, workers need to carry out some pretreatment work on the plate. First, they need to dry the surface of the steel plate to remove surface moisture and oil. Secondly, it is necessary to carry out inspection, including appearance inspection, size inspection and metallographic tissue inspection. This ensures that the steel plate quality meets the requirements.
2. Cut
Cutting is an important work in carbon steel plate processing. Cutting methods include flame cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting and other methods. Workers need to pay attention to protect the surface of the steel plate from damage when cutting.
3. Form
Forming methods include punch forming, pressure forming and bending forming. In the forming process, it is necessary to pay attention to the pre-bending of the steel plate and control the distribution of the internal stress of the plate.
4. Heat treatment

5. Polish
Polishing can remove surface defects such as oxide layer, scratches and rust spots, so that the surface finish of the steel plate can meet the requirements. Polishing methods include mechanical polishing and electrolytic polishing and other methods.
