1. Pretreat
Before carbon steel plate processing, workers need to carry out some pretreatment work on the plate. First, they need to dry the surface of the steel plate to remove surface moisture and oil. Secondly, it is necessary to carry out inspection, including appearance inspection, size inspection and metallographic tissue inspection. This ensures that the steel plate quality meets the requirements.
2. Cut

3. Form

4. Heat treatment

5. Polish
