Steel Embossed Door Skin Sheet Manufacturing Process
Steel door skin manufacturing process contains leveling and cutting steel sheet, embossing steel door sheet, cutting door sheet into suitable size, bending door sheet and frame, punching necessary holes, assembling and welding door panel, hot pressing door panel, powder coating and tansfer printing doors.
Manufacturing Process Flow:
Steel Coils → Decoiling → Leveling → Pressing → Cutting → Stacking → Punching → Bending → Assembling and Welding Door Panels → Hot Pressing → Cutting and Welding Door Frames → Transfer Printing → Spraying → Assembling Door and Door Frame→ Packing.
