Main characteristics

Production Process of Aluminized Zinc Coil

The production process of Aluminized zinc coil mainly includes the uncoiling process stage, the coating process stage and the winding process stage:

Uncoiling process stage: the steel coil is lifted to the production line by the crane, and is ready to enter the coating process stage after uncoiling, shear welding, cleaning, drying and other processes.

Coating process stage: the strip steel enters the continuous annealing furnace for heat treatment after correction and tension adjustment. It then goes into the zinc pan to be coated. Excess zinc liquid is blown away by air knife to ensure uniform coating thickness. Then air cooling and water quenching cooling. The worker then performs finishing, stretching and passivation. This improves the coating performance.

Winding process stage: After a series of treatments, the strip steel enters the winding stage, for oiling, winding, splitting and other procedures. Final packaging or proceed to the next process.
