Installation and Precautions

Installation method: Polycarbonate Solid Sheet commonly used screws or rivets perforated installation. Workers should note that the opening hole aperture of the plate is 50% larger than the diameter of the bolt or rivet. This allows room for thermal expansion and contraction.

Note:

When installing, avoid directly opening holes and fixing screws or rivets at the same time, so as not to reserve space for thermal expansion and cold contraction.

The spacing between holes and holes should be moderate, not too large or too small.

Screw should not be too tight, so as not to fracture the plate.

During cold bending, avoid fixing the bent part with screws.

Avoid contact with organic solvents and the glue and paint composed of them during installation.
