Production Procedure 1
1. Material selection and preparation: First of all, according to the specifications and requirements of this steel pipe, select the appropriate round tube blank as the raw material. The round tube billet needs to undergo strict inspection to ensure that its quality meets the standard.
2. Heating treatment: Put the selected round tube blank into the heating furnace, and heat it to the required temperature by electric induction heating, gas heating, etc. The purpose of heating is to eliminate the stress inside the round tube blank and improve its plasticity, so as to facilitate subsequent processing and forming.
3. 4. Rolling: The initial embryo after perforation needs to be further rolled multiple times, through three roller skew rolling, continuous rolling, etc. So that it gradually becomes the steel pipe of the required specifications and shapes. In the rolling process, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature and rolling force to ensure the quality and performance of the steel pipe.
5. Sizing and straightening: After rolling, this steel pipe needs to be calibrated by the sizing machine to achieve the size and accuracy of the standard requirements. Then, the steel pipe after sizing is straightened to eliminate its bending and distortion and ensure the straightness of the steel pipe.
6. Cooling and pickling: The straightened steel pipe needs to be cooled so that it can reach the required temperature. Then, the surface of the steel pipe is pickled to remove impurities such as oxide and rust on the surface and improve the surface quality of the steel pipe.
7. Inspection and marking: Strict inspection of the finished steel pipe, including inspection of size, appearance, performance and so on. After qualified, the steel pipe is marked to facilitate subsequent installation, construction and use.
