Work flow of Tile Press
The working process of the tile press can be roughly divided into the following steps:
Preparation work:

Preparation base:

Install the machine:
Install the support in the base and secure it. The workers will determine the position of the support according to the design drawings.
Install the roll on the support and fix it. The number and position of the roll should also be determined according to the design drawing.
Power on and test to ensure normal operation of the power supply.
To suppress:
The tile is placed on the roll, and the tile is manipulated into the machine for pressing.
The machine presses the tiles into a specified shape by rolling them. After the pressing is complete, the finished product is shipped out.
Cleaning:
Clean up the debris and residue on the equipment to keep the equipment clean and harmless.
Clean the press roll, roll and other parts on the machine, and clean the surrounding environment.
