Transportation and Preparation:
When the amount of roof engineering is not large, the house is not high, manual handling can be used. And a single horse track or step can be prepared.
When the amount of work is large and the height of the house is high, the worker can lift it with the help of a pulley block or a crane. And each time can lift 1-2 blocks, to ensure safety and stability.
Installation steps:
Starting installation: Install the first row of boards from the roof near the eaves, ensure that the long side of the board is perpendicular to the purlin. And the length of the board end extending out of the purlin should meet the design requirements.
Fixed plate: Use self-tapping nails to connect both ends of the plate and fixed purlins to prevent the plate from sliding. Then install the subsequent plates in turn and lay against the dominant wind direction.
Sealing treatment: When the sealing strip is set between the plates, it is temporarily fixed on the side of the sandwich plate with iron nails. Extruding devices and self-tapping nails can also hold it.
Check and adjust: In the process of each group of plate, regularly check the size of the plate in place and the error of the mark point, and timely adjust to ensure neat and beautiful.
