Production Process

1. Raw material preparation: Select high-quality iron ore and scrap steel as raw materials, and obtain molten steel after pretreatment and smelting.

2. Alloy addition: In the process of steelmaking, workers will add appropriate alloying elements as needed, such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, etc., to improve the performance of steel.

3. Continuous casting and rolling: The molten steel is continuously cast into billets. Workers then roll the billet into the desired steel plate through a process such as hot or cold rolling.

4. Heat treatment: According to needs, normalizing, tempering and other heat treatment of the steel plate to improve its organization and performance.

5. Inspection and cutting: strict inspection of the steel plate to ensure that its quality meets the standard. Workers then cut the steel plate to the right size according to demand.
