3. Good weldability

It has good weldability, small thermal cracking tendency, generally no preheating before welding, no heat treatment after welding, and can be welded with 18-8 type austenitic stainless steel or carbon steel and other dissimilar materials.

4. Excellent processing performance

The high strength and high work hardening rate of duplex stainless steel make it relatively difficult to saw and shear. However, by using appropriate equipment and process parameters, such as the use of high-power machines, high-strength saw blade straightening system and optimization of cutting speed and feed amount, good processing results can still be obtained.
