Welding Operation of Steel Angles
1. Preliminary preparation:
Select qualified steel angles materials and matching welding materials (such as welding wire, welding rod).
Check whether the size, specification and material of the product meet the design requirements.
Prepare the welding equipment, such as welding machine, welding gun, cable, etc., and ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
Clean up oil, rust, oxide and other impurities in the welding area to ensure that the welding area is clean and free of rust.
2. Welding process:
Position and secure steel, using clamps or brackets to ensure no displacement or deformation occurs during welding.
Adjust welding equipment parameters, such as current, voltage, welding speed, etc.
According to the material and thickness of the product, choose the appropriate welding method (such as manual arc welding, argon arc welding, etc.).
Weld uniformly and continuously along the weld to maintain a stable welding speed and welding Angle.
3. Post-processing:
Clean up welding slag, splash and other impurities around the weld.
Weld quality check, if necessary, grinding, slag removal and other treatment.
Anti-corrosion treatment of the weld, such as brushing anti-rust paint, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance of steel.
Fixing Operation of Steel Angles
1. Use screws to fix:
Select the appropriate screws (such as self-tapping screws).
Holes are pre-drilled in the steel plate, the depth is usually 2/3 of the thickness of the Steel Angles.
Screw the screw through the hole to secure the steel.
2. Use welding method to fix:
Prepare welding tools, such as welding machines, welding disks, and protective goggles.
A welding machine is used to weld the product to the steel plate.
Treat the welded surface to prevent rust.
3. Use glue to fix:
Have strong glue ready.
Make sure the area where the glue is applied is clean.
Gently press the product onto the glue-coated area to ensure it is securely secured.
4. Use U-shaped clamp to fix:
Select the appropriate U-shaped card holder.
Install the U-shaped clamp at the joint of the product and the steel plate.
