1. Construction preparation
Before construction, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the steel sheet pile to ensure that there is no damage, deformation or rust.
According to the engineering drawings and site conditions, determine the arrangement mode and quantity.
Prepare the required construction equipment and tools, such as pile drivers, excavators, cranes, etc.
2. Sheet pile laying
According to the design requirements, determine the penetration depth and position.
Use a pile driver to drive it into the soil one by one, making sure the pile is vertical and the lock is tight.
In the process of setting, should check its verticality and lock connection at any time, if there is abnormal should be adjusted in time.
3. Construction of envelope structure
According to the engineering needs, workers will connect it into a continuous envelope.
Within the envelope, the support system can improve the overall stability.
For the project that needs water stop, the workers can also set up water stop material or grouting treatment between the two.
4. Unplug
At the end of the project, it is necessary to pull out the steel sheet pile according to the design requirements.
Special tools or equipment should be used to ensure that it can be pulled out smoothly and will not be damaged.
