Production Process of DX52D PPGL Coils

1. Surface pretreatment: Before the steel plates enter the production line, they will undergo surface pretreatment to remove impurities such as grease and oxide scale on the surface of the steel plates, ensuring that the coating can firmly adhere to the steel plates.

2. Aluminum-zinc plating treatment: The pre-treated steel plates are then placed in the aluminum-zinc plating bath and undergo aluminum-zinc plating treatment by immersing them in aluminum-zinc solution. 3. Coating treatment: The steel plates after aluminized zinc plating need to undergo coating treatment.
