Production Process Of Hot Rolled Reinforced Steel Bar
1. Raw material preparation
Choose high quality iron ore or steel scrap as raw material.
Workers will pre-process the raw materials, including rust removal, crushing, screening and other steps to ensure the purity and uniformity of the raw materials.
2. Heat up
The pretreated raw materials are fed into a heating furnace for high temperature heating, usually to 1100-1300 °C.
In the heating process, the heating temperature and heating time should be strictly controlled to ensure uniform heating and full austenitization of raw materials.

3. Rolling
The rougher mill rolls the heated raw material to form a coarser billet.
Then the finishing mill group will roll the steel bar blank several times, and gradually refine the section size of the steel bar until it reaches the required specifications.
4. Cool down
Water or air cooling quickly cools rebar to fix its structure and properties.
Workers should adjust the cooling rate and cooling method according to the grade, specification and use of rebar.
5. Cut and pack of reinforced steel bar
The cooled rebar is cut to the desired length.
The sheared hot rolled reinforced steel bar is packaged for transportation and storage.
