Product Line | Stainless Steel Bright Solid Hex Bar

1. Raw material preparation: First of all, high-quality stainless steel raw materials need to be prepared. These raw materials usually include stainless steel scrap, stainless steel alloying elements (such as chromium, nickel, etc.) and necessary deoxidizers and slag-making agents.

2. Smelting and casting: Workers melt the prepared raw materials in an electric arc furnace or induction furnace. In the melting process, they should strictly control the furnace temperature and melting time to ensure the uniform distribution of stainless steel alloying elements and melt purity. After the smelting is completed, the melt is cast into ingots or billets.

3. Hot and cold rolling: Workers heat the ingot or billet to the appropriate temperature and roll it through a hot mill to produce a hex bar with a certain size. During the hot rolling process, the worker will initially determine the shape and size of the rebar. Later, if the customer requires more accurate dimensions and higher surface quality, the factory can carry out cold rolling treatment.

4. Heat treatment: in order to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of products, heat treatment is usually required, such as solution treatment, aging treatment, etc. These treatments can eliminate the residual stress in the steel rod and improve its strength and toughness.

5. Surface treatment: according to customer needs, IBC Group factory can polish steel bars, pickling and other surface treatment, in order to improve its surface quality and beauty.

6. Inspection and packaging: Finally, strict inspection of the steel products produced, including size inspection, mechanical property test, corrosion resistance test, etc. After passing the inspection, it will be packaged and put into storage for sale.
