Production Process Of Gr70 Mild Steel Sheet
1. Smelting and casting: workers send the prepared raw materials into blast furnace or electric furnace for smelting. By precisely controlling the melting temperature and chemical composition, the plant can obtain the required molten steel. Workers then cast the molten steel into billets in preparation for the subsequent rolling process.
2. Hot and cold rolling: after the billet is heated, it is rolled on the mill for multiple passes to form the steel plate with the required thickness and width. As required, cold rolling can also be carried out to obtain more accurate dimensions and higher surface quality.
3. Heat treatment: In order to further improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Gr70 black mild steel sheet, heat treatment, such as quenching and tempering, is usually required. These treatments help to refine the grain, improve hardness and toughness.
4. Cutting and inspection: according to customer requirements, the factory will cut the steel plate into the required size. At the same time, IBC Group will conduct strict quality inspection on the steel plates, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing and surface quality inspection, to ensure that each batch of products meets the standards.
